Each day of the HTH Iron Chef Intersession students will learn a different cooking technique and prepare a specialty dish for lunch such as sushi, risotto, and tamales. Students will not need to buy or purchase a lunch during intersession. In order to purchase the groceries for each day, we ask that each family make a contribution in any amount. A suggested donation amount is $50 per student, which will pay for groceries and replace any broken cooking equipment.
